Vietnam 51 – Origin Vietnam 51% dark milk chocolate ganache, produced in the Lab, from the bean.

 

Cinnamon Toasty – Origin Venezuela 50% dark milk chocolate ganache, infused with cinnamon and layered upon a cinnamon toast cereal milk chocolate ‘duja. (contains gluten)

 

Strawberry Lemonade – A smooth white chocolate ganache, paired with strawberries and lemon. Pucker up!

 

Tall, Dark, and Handsome – Origin Venezuela 70% dark chocolate ganache, produced in the Lab from the bean, paired with local honey, layered upon a caramelized chocolate ganache.

 

 Choklit Malt – A malted milk chocolate ganache is layered on top of crushed malt balls combined with chocolate. (contains gluten) 

 

Coconut Custard – Creamy custard white chocolate ganache, paired with vanilla, coconut, and a custard liqueur. (contains alcohol)

 

Colombia 65 – Origin Colombia 65% dark chocolate ganache, produced in the Lab, from the bean.

 

Cherry Yuzu Cheesecake – Three layers; a cherry caramel rests upon a Yuzu infused cheesecake white chocolate ganache, finished with a graham wafer and caramelized chocolate layer. (contains gluten)
