This white chocolate is silky, smooth, with a nice creamy base. It is less sweet than usual brands of white chocolate, and allows for great flavour infusions. This is the *only* white chocolate we use, at The Chocolate Lab. This chocolate is especially suitable for your home baking and sweet creations.
